Connecting to server and Errors

Hello
I am having a nasty problem with my BnS, after i launch the game when i am supposed to agree with terms and conditions i get that "connecting to server. Please wait..." or something very similiar, if i wait i get the errors which i linked below, if i just click agree and log in on character i can play a random amount of time (sometimes 5 mins, sometimes over 2 hours) and then i get the same error.
Do you guys have any idea how to fix it?
Tried repairing in BnS launcher, havent found any similiar error on forums and support doesnt answer so i got a bit desperate ;(
