since ncsoft doest give a sh*t about it, i wonder if you guys can tell me are they going to fix that horrible 200+ ping because there is no reason to keep going on that game if this issue lasts

Well NCSoft f uck up, site is in Texas NA and eu servers are in Texas too if they tell "servers are in Frankfurt" is just bad joke some on show them screen and ip adress they just still tell us servers are in europe if it's true then just made eu site for eu players... it should fix it ? if not they servers are just trash and thats is true if they wanna pay max 5k$ or Euros per month for all servers they are just dumb that's all...
