I dont know what to call this kind of bug/error/thing but please help!

I got this after i patched my client a few mins ago but my pc froze while it was patching &  well i had to restart the pc & the patch & this is what greeted me after finally being able to start the game

 

 

 

would anyone help me how to solve this??
