Ping Issue

Hello, iv tried contacting support with this. and they keep saying iv got packet loss and that i should use pingplotter and contact my isp, which i did but to no avail, so i hope someone can help me out. because i'm really confused on why am getting 200-300 ping in game yet i get 70-80 with the tracert command. i live in the middle east and i accept my ping being in the 70 to 80 range since i know distance is a factor but for some reason in other games (guild wars 2,lineage 2,etc) my ping to the european servers is the same in cmd ranging between 70 to 80 at the most, if it spiked it was 100-120. but in blade and soul it goes up to 200-300 sometimes even 400. so i really hope anyone who's familiar with this issue or knows anything about it could help. because I'm out of ideas.
