Due to suspicious activity, this account has been locked

My bns/ncsoft account has been locked now for almost 24 hours and still no reply from support. I emailed them directly cause I can't login to send a ticket. Not even an automated message to tell me they received email.

 

I wasn't even partaking in stuff like pvp, faction quests or anything like market stuff place and such. I was pretty much just playing and keeping to myself.

 

Way to treat someone who has spent money on 30 days premium and a founder pack.
