Cheater in arena

So i was in arena today and this force master named "SaigyoujiButterflies" was teleport hacking in arena at around 1800 raiting he was all over the arena spamming the teleport

i don't have any video evidence or anything but if any1 can look into it that'd be great really don't want to play against cheaters in this game. i have played a decent amount of games and this is the only person i have ran into that was cheating so far.
