[SOLVED] Cant join clan?

So first off just to put it out there so i don't get a bunch of the same responses/ Yes I'm in the correct faction and yes we're on the same server and everything. The problem is when he tries to invite me it automatically declines the clan invitation even if i apply to the clan first. Is there a cap to how many players you can invite a day? (we only recruited one more before me). Also i have a second character who is in the clan, are you not allowed 2 characters from the same profile into the clan? Thanks for the help
