CoolDown for Summoner WISH SKILL

In 3v3 tag match if my team kills a summoners pet they will just tag out and then jump in and be able to revive their pet with those 5 sec they get, add another 1 or 2 sec to the skills cool down in PVP(3v3) ? not complaining, but it annoying when parties go full dick mode and pair up 3-way summoner.
