Arena Lobby Bug

Every time I queue for arena and get a match, it does the countdown and stops at 0. My chat will continue to work, but the game will not load to the arena and I just stay in the lobby. This has been going on for over a week now on any account or character on this computer. I'm at 60-70 ping and 70-90fps, I have repaired and uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times, and nothing seems to work to fix this. I've asked chat if they could help and nothing worked. I also submitted a ticket and they said to just go to forums because they do not know what is happening. Is anyone else running into this problem? and if so what did you do? PLEASE HELP! I really enjoy BnS and the main reason I play this game is for the arena aspect which I can no longer play :(.... The picture in link is what I get stuck on, except for the chat continuing to scroll  http://imgur.com/my9EVEG and I can't exit lobby. I have to restart the game everytime. :(((
