Creating a Second Char.

So I just downloaded the game and created my first character and entered Juwol, Later my friend told me I was in the wrong server I tried to delete my character but couldn't because at the I have to write "Delete" and somehow my Keyboard didn't want to work, so I tried to create another character but again I couldn't because I can't write the name.

 

I changed my Keyboard twice this week but didn't work, I know it's not the Keyboard because it works perfectly fine while everywhere else I even logged my char in Juwol and it worked fine, Anyone has any idea what could it be? or how can I solve this problem???
