Unable to connect to sever !!!

Yo guys! I having a problem with connect to sever in the character lobby! who having these kind of problem pls kindly share it to me or what is the real problem here? 
I tried restart ma internet also my PC but wont work not sure about this one ... need help rite now T^T

It's not only you. I also have problems conecting to the server. I wait for it to conect but never getting to the lobby

Now after i fail to connect many times I cant even open my launcher now T^T
