Error E02018

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this in

 

I have repeatedly tried to launch the game and i keep getting the same error, i have re downloaded the game several times and it has not fixed the problem any help would be appreciated

 

i'm useing windows 10

my personal work around is just keep hitting the update button and confirm error...

eventually, the download bar will fill up little by little, and install...

 

others might have an actual fix =)

I have the game downloaded it's just when the game does the file check once it hit's 100% in just stops for about a minute and than gives me the error.  :/

 

I believe it's my internet cuse i tried it at a friend's house with his internet and ran fine but wont with my internet ive reset my router and everything but still nothing
