Really Bad Lag Issue

After the patch my game started lagging with ridicilous pings like 400 600 and it just doesnt get down. I cant play the game im fed up with it. I play lots of other online games and it doesn't lag but when i enter b&s it just lags so bad i cant do anything. I dunno what happened but i need some way to fix this please help me. And ı dont have any other programme running in the background while im playing the game.
