Make vendor weapons glamor transferable.

I play a KFM, and as a KFM I like low profile knuckles. not sauce pans with arm braces strapped to them. I found a pair of vendor gauntlets that were perfect only to find I couldn't transfer the image onto my hongmoon wep. What gives? Did someone go through the trouble of creating all these weapon models only for them to never be seen?
