Kung Fu Master Gauntlet

So I am wondering if anybody has seen a KFM gauntlet that looks literally just like the one in the picture I have linked. I am playing the North American version of the game, and so far I have not seen one at all, but yet I see NPCs equipped with them all the time. I know that the PlayBnS version had a gauntlet called "white tiger gauntlet" or something like that (I'm pretty sure it was from a quest). I also submitted a ticket to NCSoft asking them whether this gauntlet exists in the NA version, to which they said "we can not provide details on this because we can't reverse the mechanics of our game." So now I am here in the hopes that somebody with some time on their hands and a little kindness can shed some light on this little topic.
