Why can't see msg of the faction/clan/party/region

Since the last update can't see the msg of the following faction/clan/party/region,i dunno why at first i thought all player's can't see too but the next day was still the same.I ask my friend if his faction and etc chat is working.I dunno what happend hope u guys can help me.Btw the only chat working is the normal and whisper chat.
