This is what I am currently stuck on:

 

Chapter 23: The Problem with Ploggles

Talk to Chunsam at Vagrant's Rest in Spirestone Canyons

 

It says lvl 30 next to the quest, am I supposed to be level 30 to progress to this part? I'm level 29 and this is the only thing I can think of.
