B&S reinstall required?

Hello guys!

 

I had the login problem tonight and I reinstalled the NCLauncher and Blade and Soul Lite launcher. Now it wants to download Blade and Soul again. But the "old" BnS-Folder is still existing and I just installed and downloaded it today. Do I really need to redownload the game or is there a way to save this time?

Can you run the file repair?

 

Usually MMO launcher will jsut write down the "state of downlaoded files" in some file, because actually checking what is installed would take forever (Total file size divided by disk speed). Repair functions usually take a the proper inventory first, so if you can run them they might find files already in place.

 

I used that trick back in ESO to get a NA client in addition to the EU client without having to re-download every file. Indeed with some other people we figured out that the MAC and PC client were de-facto the same, aside from maybe 200 MiB of .exe and .dll files.

It won't let me run the file repair :( I'm now trying to copy the data right into the download folder from the ncsoft launcher
