Windwalk??

So the Running over obstacles (vault) windwalk, I didn;t read the quest just followed the icons, and I thought I had finished the Running over obstacles windwalk quest, but then I got Qi Gong 2nd stage, I found out that I need to do another part for the running over obstacles to complete this quest, by looking at bladeandsouldojo, I found out that I need to buy "fish's food" from yu er (Chinese version) (ma jaupyo english version) , and I didn't do this step, I went back to the place where I got that quest and talked to ma jaupyo, I couldn't find anything to do with the windwalk skill.. How can I fix this? is there something I missed out? Im so confused... D:
