Game doesn't start after click play now

Alright so everytme i start up the launcher i can see this page

Now when i click play now i see this

Anyone have any idea why this happens, I've installed the latest driver, I've updated my windows, repaired my client multiply times, removed the game guard folder or whatever out so it can repair itself and ive reinstalled the game twice and this still happens. Please guys i need help solving this
