Game freezes for 1-2 sec.

Hello everyone. I have problem, that makes this game unplayable. The screen freeze thing. I don't really know what to do.

 

-All drivers are updated

-Only B&S works, nothing in the background

-Ping is around 35ms.

-No other game had ever problem like that.

 

My friends play on weaker machines, also Windows 10. They don't have any problems at all. Do any of You have an idea what could I do?

I've checked thousands forum topics and nothing...

 The game is getting optimization and performance improvements in tomorrow's update.
