You hit the limit of how much you can spent monthly. Just sen a ticket @support ad they will remove the limit for 24hrs. (which is stupid where we need to make a memo to them when we spent money on them because of a limit we dont need.)

The limit seem to be automatic remove monthly.  Well, I am more prefer remove it completely tho.
