How is it even possible to Play like this :(

These kinds of spikes causing me so much frustration trying to play the game.. Does anybody know anyways around it... Even with ping zapper it still happens. Game will not freeze, Other players are visibly doing their own thing, mobs still moving, but me trying to chat or do skills are delayed. Of Course if this spike happens in battle, I can move and watch my character getting pummeled by the mob. Imagin in Arena, that's a no no for me at the moment. 

 

Whats with all the Ip's anyways.
