Best way to buy ncoins with paypal if the official site doesn't let you

So I live in EU, but I'm playing on the NA servers, because I want to play with my friends from the US. For whatever reasons the ncoin charging system on the official site keeps giving me the error 5300, when I try to buy ncoins with paypal. The support wasn't any use either and so I wonder, what are some good sites that you can buy ncoin cards from and accept paypal

 

I am currently googling for sites, but issues I keep running in are, for example, amazon only sells ncoin cards in the US, sea gamer mall fail to send the mobile veryfication code and G2A has different cards for EU and US, with the US cards costing quite a bit more (as if using some seriously old EUR to USD conversion rate)
