Transfering charector?

If i want one of my charecters transfered from one server to another or atleast the items i spent Money on? how do i go about this.

There doesn't seem to be an item that allows you to transfer characters, and most items are character bound anyways (such as costumes).

 

There may be future character transfer events to balance out server populations in the future. Blade & Soul already had one earlier in the start to get players to move out of over populated servers.
