A slight delay in game

I experienced a slight delay when playing this game . is it because I play from Malaysia ? 

if so , are there any tips to reduce this problem ?

hi im from malaysia also.. yes there is a slight delay (i guess less than a second) but its not happening for the entire time i play.. only like a few minutes then it ok then it goes again its ok for me.. lowest fps 23 highest 59~ .. wireless broadband.

oh and yes it is because our location haha i doubt proxy or vpn stuff could do any better tho..
