Small quality of life change?

Would it be possible to access your skill page when you are waiting for an opponent? It seem like it should already be the case, at least so you can transition from PVE build to PVP build BEFORE getting in a match.

You can do this before you launch the Arena Lobby as well.

 

I understand the annoyance of having to back out of Arena and respec and relaunch, but it's so minor I doubt they'll implement it directly into the lobby. If for no other reason than it takes little effort to do as I mentioned above.
