Launcher error E01008

I had been playing for about 10 minutes after the new update and the game crashed... Once I tried opening the launcher to re-log, I got this error code..

 

"E01008 NIC updater.nclauncher.ncsoft_R2af9"

 

I am looking to see if anyone has had the same issue and if they have found a way to fix this problem.  I am currently re-installing, hopefully this solves the problem.
