Necklace of Channeled Chi [FM] - bug?

Hi guys, is it supposed to be like that? (picture)

As far as I know this accessory has more bonuses which are missing here. Like 20% crit dmg boost. I checked it with korean database and they have it correctly:

In a private server there was also 20% crit dmg buff.

Any idea what's going on?

Got the same issue here. I upgraded it all the way thinking maybe it would activate the 20% buff but it's only an HP buff. 

 

Please take attention and fix the issue.
