Reinstallment wont work

so after a hell of razor deleting and document deleting and keyboard chroma BS my client still crashed so i decided to re-install it but it just made things worst because everytime i try to reinstall it now it shows this , any idea how to fix this? PS: i try looking for the .exe file everywhere but i cant find it
