Question on Summoner: Photosynthesis?

Hi.

 

The skill tooltips in this game are really unclear, so I haven't been able to figure out how this works. I've only noticed it activate once. I assume it lets me spam Super Sunflower constantly? Also, I've noticed my entire focus bar sometimes refills for no particular reason... is that Photosynthesis going off as well? When that happens though, I don't see the blue Super Sunflower icon that seems to be the icon for Photosynthesis.

 

Can anyone enlighten me on the specifics?

Well its not activate only once.. If you try hard you will notice at the right down corner of the "buff" icon a number counter (its white number on almost white background).. That Entire focus bar refill is from staff skill (focus recovery)..
