No out of game cash shop?

I know there is a cash shop in game but is there an out of game cash shop where i can check the prices on my web browser etc?

 

I would be twice as likely to buy something if I could read about it and do it during my non-playing hours during break at work, loading screens, etc. The only thing stopping me at the moment is the lack of first party information (there seem to be some third party websites with details).

 

Does anyone know if its going to be implemented later on or something?
