Stuck @ Launching Game!

Hi guys..ive recently downloaded game and patched it successfully..but im still having problem tho..

 

After i clicked on play game..and launcher patched and verified the game.

 

Launcher was/always stuck at "Launching the game"

 

ive tried disabling firewall and antivirus but im still having this problem..
