game launches with black screen and cursor

just installed the game on my laptop.  when I click play, when I would normally see the box to enter my authenticator, I have a black screen with the game cursor and the audio.  I can move the cursor around, nothing seems locked up, I just don't see anything.  the video card is a radeon hd 6300 series with up to date drivers.

Try to run the game as Administrator and in a compatible settings with Windows 7 or 8.1..
Try to change the graphics if it's available for you..
What OS are u using and x64 or x32 (x86)?

Was there ever a fix for this? I'm having the same problem, the game launches with a black screen, music and the game cursor.

I'm on Windows 10 x64bit, AMD Radeon HD 6300M Seiries, Intel Corei5 CPU, 4GB Ram. Everything is up to date.

I've ran it as admin and reinstalling didn't do anything.

Help?
