I think op meant the fragments to be accound bound cuz they are only for ncoin, so as f2p you can buy sealing charm from market which is 10 fragment and always have some leftover... but fragments should be for hmcoins too

You have to be lvl 60. You can enter at lvl 55, but cant read the letter until you get to 60 sadly. Its another bs.

I have noticed that most of times i just dont have enough focus for thunderstruck, so just make sure to have the required focus

Actually Grimoir complaining for the first time and we get compensation! Thats the weird thing, she should do it more time instead of white knighting everytime.
