    Compensation Bundle on the Hongmoon Store - October 13 – 20

    We are offering players a compensation bundle for 0 Hongmoon Coins to those affected by the Armorer's Remnants removal from the Dragon Express.

    Starting today and lasting until the start of next week's maintenance on October 20, all players can receive a Player Compensation Bundle containing:

    • Sacred Vial (x2)
    • Pet Pack (x2)

    This compensation bundle will be limited to one per account during the sales period.

    Es werden außerplanmäßige Wartungsarbeiten für den heutigen Tag, den 08.10.2021 um 01:00 Uhr ausgeführt werden, die folgende Maßnahmen beinhalten:

     

    • Reduzierte EXP von allen Modi in Spectral Shine
    • Belohnungen für das Weltenriss-Versorgungslager werden korrigiert
    • Der Kessel des Abenteuers – Phase 7 kann nicht erneut geöffnet werden, aber gegen 2x Münze des Festivals getauscht werden
    • Die Münze des Abenteuers wird aus dem Drachenexpress entfernt
    • Außerdem wird die Münze des Abenteuers obsolet

     

    Die Wartungsarbeiten dauern ca. für 3 Stunden an. Ein InGame Pop-Up-Fenster wird allen Spielern 30 Minuten vor Beginn der Wartungsarbeiten angezeigt.

     

    Aufgrund der Wartungsarbeiten wird eine 0 Hongmoon Münze im Hongmoon-Shop für eine Woche freigegeben, die folgendes beinhaltet:

     

    • 1x Kugel der Schwarzrose
    • 2x Verbesserter Talisman der Bruderschaft
    • 10x Öl der Verfeinerung
    • 1x Prächtige Belohnungstruhe der Herausforderung des Tages
    • 5x Poliertuch

     


     

    Maintenance non programmée - 08/10/2021

    Aujourd’hui Il y aura une maintenance à partir de 01h30 (heure de Paris) pour corriger les problèmes suivants :

     

    • Réduction de l'EXP de tous les modes dans Spectral Shine

    • Les récompenses de l’événement de la faille de Léviathan ont été corrigées.
    • Le chaudron de l’aventurier – niveau 7 ne peut plus être ouvert and peut être échangé contre 2 pièces du festival.
    • Nous avons retiré les pièces de l’aventurier de la coopérative du dragon.
    • Les pièces de l’aventurier peuvent se vendre.

     

    La maintenance durera environ 3 heures. Un message apparaîtra dans le jeu, 30 minutes avant le début de la maintenance.

     

    En raison de cette maintenance imprévue, un pack de 0 pièce de Hongmoon sera disponible dans la boutique Hongmoon pendant une semaine. Ce pack contient :

     

    • Orbe des ténèbres x1
    • Talisman de réputation supérieur x2
    • Huile de perfectionnement x10
    • Coffre de récompense spéciale de défi journalier x1
    • Chiffons à polir x5


    Unscheduled Maintenance – 10/07/2021

    There will be an unscheduled maintenance today, Thursday, October 7 starting at 4:00 p.m. PDT (1:00 a.m. CEST, October 8) to address the following issue(s):

    • Reduced the EXP from all modes in Spectral Shine
    • Rewards in the Realmrift Supply Chain Event have been corrected
    • The Adventure Pot 7 can no longer be opened and can be exchanged for 2x Festival Coins
    • Adventure Coin exchange has been removed from the Dragon Express
    • The Adventure Coin has been antiqued

    The maintenance will last approximately 3 hours. An in-game notice will be given 30 minutes prior to the maintenance start.

     
    Due to the additional downtime, a 0 Hongmoon Coin bundle will be available on the Hongmoon Store for one week that includes:

    • Orb of Ascension x 1
    • Superior Reputation Charm x 2
    • Honing Oil x 10
    • Deluxe Daily Challenge Reward Chest x 1
    • Polishing Cloth x 5

    [Known Issue] Moontide Outfit Purchase with Designer Threads

    Hey Everyone -

     

    We're aware of an issue with the Moontide Outfit being sold at a lower Designer Thread cost than intended and have also identified the purchase abuse surrounding this issue. As such, we request that you do not purchase the Moontide Outfit from NPC Gu Okrim in Bamboo Village.

     

    We understand that some of you may have already purchased the outfit from this NPC, so please refrain from making additional purchases until this issue is resolved.

    Hallo,

     

    wir werden am 29.07.2020 ab 13 Uhr Wartungsarbeiten an den Blade & Soul Servern durchführen. Während dieser Zeit werden alle Server nicht erreichbar sein. Im Moment gehen wir davon aus, dass die Arbeiten 3 Stunden 30 Minuten in Anspruch nehmen werden.
