[Guide: Errors, installing, game-crash, delay]

Hello.  I purchased the master founder pack and am just trying to install the game, but I keep on getting an error that states: "The chosen directory is not empty. Blade & Soul Closed Beta Test can only be installed to an empty directory."  Thank you for taking the time to read my post and possibly helping me resolve this issue.  Very much appreciated!
