1. Since the Beta 2 didn´t start yet you should wait before proceeding with the following steps, since this error seems to be a problem, due to the incompability with your system. Once the beta starts update it first and then try to repair the client. If the error still occurs go to step 2.
2. Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc   -  and search for the "hosts" file.
3. Make a copy of "hosts" and keep it somewhere safe. Before making any changes.
4. Open it with Notepad or any Editor.
5. Go to the bottom of the file and copy paste

    64.25.35.23 updater.nclauncher.ncsoft.com

6. Now safe the file.

 

by "Save the file" you mean replace it with the orignal one right? o-o or just keep it where i copied it out?

um... im getting error 01008 how do i fix that?.

 its just random sometimes when i start the launcher 

doesn't really effect much since if i restart the launcher once or twice it will let me login and play (i mean it did during First beta session ofc)

.-. wanna fix it before 13th still since too much work restarting the launcher again and again till it let me in
