You should use Event Viewer like written in the guide.

Several third party programs and even windows can cause this.

If you use Event Manager you´ll at least get a lead which program this might cause.

I have used it like every thing else in the guide i still cant finde the reason or casue behinde it.

Check your NCWest folder in program files(x86) see if there is a file ncLauncheR 2015-10-29-xx-xx.dmp  (x is the time you tried to launch) there should be a txt file with the same same that should say info like my post.  See what it says and we can compare.

Sorry for the late reply so i went and checked the file you mentiond it says.

Which dont make much sense becuse i have done the steps mentiond in the thread to fix that issue other then that fault reason though its just stuff about the OS/cpu and memmory which all look normal.

Hi i seem to be haveing a issue where i install the launcher client.It updates the ncsoft launcher but when i go to log in my ncsoft account info it just closes no error nothing in the task maniger nothing it just stopes all function ive tried every thing talked about in this thread with no luck yet. I have reinstalled i have ran as admin i have restarted the pc multiple times after each diffrent attempt im just at a lost currently any help on this matter would be greatly appricated.
