You won't be able to get any more test NCoin except from the initial amount from the Founder's Pack. NCoin purchased from the website will not be applicable to Blade & Soul before launch.

Hime, you might want to recheck this.  Julliane has said several times, including in the last live stream today, that any NCoin you buy will also be given you as test NCoin throughout the entire CBT period.
