anyone problems with the launcher, try installing this:

So I've been using event viewer, but I don't understand the messages.  It doesn't help when once cannot understand it.  The latest error messages I get are these:

 

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

These are some of the examples.  I tried googling it, but It doesn't make much sense to me.  I can't find any real solution to fix them.  I'm sure many of us have tried event viewer and have no clue what to look for and what to do with the results.

What needs fixed? NCSoft needs to fix this broken Blade & Soul. that's what they need to fix.

Launcher Disappears

 

Lame. Been at it for two days now. Nothing works. Messed up my PC in the process. I give up.......

I had an issue with launcher disappeared after entering my log-in info and hit enter.  The launcher would just go POOF!! and nothing would happen.  I tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING that you suggested.  Except........to change the time on the clock of my computer.  I didn't change it thinking that (I'm in San Diego, California) my time is correct, since it is on auto update.  I was diagnosing this issue since 8:00 am to about 11:30 am.  I tried everything possible that I have been reading from this page and bladeandsouldojo and yet to fix it.  Finally, I thought, what do I got to lose? So i change the time from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, just to make it pass the afternoon. And now I am downloading the game.........
