 I'm at level 56 and I don't have access to the Legacy of the Hongmoon Clan quest in my journal to pursue it... please advise. Thanks

Hi guys I'm at level 47 and I haven't play for a while and when I started playing again I don't have available  dungeons is there any change in how to enter dungeons. I press F8 and in the dungeon lobby there is only  locked dungeons and i have not available... not even the starter ones. Please Help
