Greeting,
Website and Launcher logins will become temporarily unavailable on Tuesday, May 9th, at 1 P.M. PDT (22:00 UTC).
However, players already in-game will not be disconnected.
Please note that services like the purchase of NCoins, or account setting changes and support page via the web will also be unavailable.
This interruption will carry through the scheduled game maintenance on 5/9, but the normalization of web and launcher logins is expected before the game servers are open to the public.
We appreciate your continued support and apologize for the inconvenience.

La fonction "Prendre un portrait de personnage" sera supprimée de l'écran d'informations sur le personnage (F2).
Après la maintenance, les portraits personnalisés seront remplacés par un portrait par défaut pour chaque classe.
Les portraits sont actuellement les mêmes pour chaque classe indépendamment de la race et/ou du sexe ; ceci est en cours de discussion avec l'équipe de développement.
Si vous souhaitez enregistrer une image de votre personnage avant la mise à jour, veuillez accéder à l'URL ci-dessous. Nous vous recommandons de sauvegarder l'image du personnage à l'avance pour vous assurer de ne pas la manquer.

Im Anschluss an di Wartung am 19. April 2023
Die Funktion „Charakterporträt Aufnehmen“ wird aus dem Bildschirm „Charakterinfo“ (F2) entfernt.
Nach der Wartung werden benutzerdefinierte Porträts durch ein Standardporträt für jede Klasse ersetzt.
Porträts sind derzeit für jede Klasse gleich, unabhängig von Rasse und/oder Geschlecht; Dies wird jedoch mit dem Entwicklungsteam besprochen.
Wenn ihr vor dem Update ein Bild eures Charakters speichern möchtet, folgt bitte der untenstehenden URL. Wir empfehlen, euer Charakterporträt im Voraus zu speichern, um sicherzustellen, dass ihr es nicht verliert.

After Maintenance on April 18, 2023
Greetings,
The ‘Take a Character Portrait’ function will be removed from the Character Info (F2) Screen.
After Maintenance, custom portraits will be replaced with a default portrait for each class.
Portraits are currently the same for each class regardless of race and/or gender; this is being discussed with the development team.
If you want to save a picture of your character before the update, please access the URL below.
We recommend that you save the character image in advance to ensure you don’t miss it.
