Stuck in Act VII Chapter 11, can't enter Dasari Palace - Inner Sanctum

1. The quest before will lead you to enter the Dasari Palace - East Gate
2. I logged off in the middle of the quest
3. I can't enter Dasari Palace - East Gate
4. My next quest require me to enter East Gate - Inner Sanctum which is even deeper
Would love if someone can provide help
