[Mailbox and in-game shop bug]

Good day.

I am a new player.
Recently, I tried to purchase Free Chest from the Market, which must have name ''Phantom Reinforcement Chest''.
Yet for some reason, it has no icon/name displayed in the shop
Moreover, I am not able to get it from my mailbox.
It says that I have items in my mailbox (2) but I can't see them.

P.S.
If you take a look at the bottom-right you'll see 3 items in mail indicator. No idea why.
