Talisman binding

Does anyone know how to change the binding?
I am probably one of the few players that plays BNS on a controller and I can't fit that into my rotation if I can't get that binding to my controller.
In honestly I'd prefer it to be on the item slot list considering I only use one side of that list... but I can not drag and drop it there so looking for a solution...
PS. I'm not going to play on a keyboard I find it much easier to play on the gamepad.
