i have reported the issues im having 4 times yet still not fixed been what 8 days now

dude i sent in 4 tickets to get them to show me how to fix this friggin upgrade they force us to us yet nothing from tech support they wont fix anything they still play on our money we pay to play

well same with tech support been trying to launch the game since the patch still cant keep getting the same fail message that i need more space yet i have a 1.80 tb of space free yet i have sent in 5 tickets all have been ignored even tried to call but got ignored but they dont mind taking my money for premium

i reinstalled yesterday but still getting error messages and the like and it says its in maintenance

well my question is when do they finish with maintenance been trying to play since 3pm on wednesday and still says its in maintenance
