    Soulboost active only for 14 characters

    I created the new Musician class with a lvl 50 boost ticket that I had saved, I did the tutorial and when I want to activate Soulboost it won't let me, I already have 14 characters on my account, and being class #15, it should allow activating 1 slot plus the Soulboost menu for a total of 15 characters.

    We would also need to know more details: is it a new character? Did you use a Level 60 Booster or a Class Change Voucher? What's the error message?

    1. You will see 1 or 2 days of rest on a char as intended if no daily is done for the day(s) before.

    2. Complete the 3/3 daily for the day to get your rest bonus for that character. Bug seems to trigger after claiming rest bonus for a single character.
    3. Every other character on the account WON'T show any further rest bonus (may just be a visual bug).
    4. Restart the client and go back on characters to see the expected rest bonuses if accumulated.

    Note: I have 14 characters so I never do all 3/3 for all characters, so I would expected at least one character would gain rest bonus per day.

    Apparently yes, today I checked my character again and he keeps both bonuses active, but a friend told me that he hasn't played with one of his characters for days, but he has been playing with the others he has and today the bonuses don't appear with that character who hasn't played for days.

    I am beginning to suspect that after 2 days the bonus is accumulated and it is not lost while you do not log in with that character, the bonus does not reset, instead if after 2 days with the accumulated bonuses, you log in with that same character but without doing the dailies, if they restart, I will do that test, this is my test character today, tomorrow I will verify and do an update, today I will not do dailies with that character, I will only log it to verify.

    Any further explanation? I understood that "skip daily challenge for X days to acumulate rest bonus for the first two days then gather rewards after finishing 3 daily challenges during the other day" but I guess that's not the case? Does the progress reset or what. I'm confused. I repeat: I did not have any rest bonus on any character today, and I did NOT do anything related to daily challenge.

    It's strange, I think something similar is happening to me, when the 2 bonuses are accumulated, the third day they disappear, apparently if you don't consume the bonuses before having 3 days of not doing daily, they reset them. 🤔

    Let me use this post to explain things a bit more in detail ("a bit" because I'm skipping some details):

    • The in-game content and the blog posts are done by different people working with different pipelines (that are connected).
    • The Soul Boost Season 1 bug came in very late (as someone pointed out) and required us to dig deep into the problem. By the way, we did not delay Season 2.
      • EDIT: as others pointed out, there were different issues when it launched and I wasn't covering the game at that time!
    • The Soul Boost Season 2 content was checked in depth by our teams. They caught mistakes and had to make adjustments over the past few weeks, but it's a complex operation on the backend, and it's only one of the things that they have to check!
    • The blog post was delayed due to a combination of time it took me to double-check information, and finalize the blog, get it reviewed and localized. (it's currently live while our teams work on pushing this content live)

    Also, I noticed that the gems farmed by bug are in stage 2 of the soulboost, so those who take advantage of the bugs will start farming Obsidian and Garnet again as in Soulboost season 1. 🤣

    From which discord server did you get these images? I just shared them on some servers 2 weeks ago when I was in my Korean account.
