[Bronze and Silver abuse in 6v6]

Very common problem in competitive matchmaking games, the easiest and most common/simple solution is to set a limit on the rating range of players you can party with. Something like not being able to queue with someone outside of 150 rating of your own would help a lot.

False positive bans have definitely happened. Please be swift in addressing those.

 

Also I'd like to note that it is not the fault of third-party programs. Client modification (the main culprit of the situation) is possible without those programs, and so the third party programs in particular should not be blamed or disallowed. It is just a fault with how data is read and sent, and an oversight by the main developers.

[Why are people getting banned for no reason?]

Innocent people are getting banned left and right because of several people who decided to run rampant with client modification. I know there's not a lot within the powers of certain NCWest staff in regards to the client file editing, but this a really terribly way of dealing with it. Unban the innocent people, push the patch to edit out abuse-able lines on wednesday (this is a problem in RU and CN too, you WILL get the patch given to you by main devs), and carefully analyze the suspicious accounts that may have affected F11 rankings or have been mass reported on an INDIVIDUAL basis.

Your old elemental accessories will be upgradeable into "new" ones at the same stage, and you can upgrade them from there. Also, since you don't lose psyches on upgrades, and switching between types is an upgrade, you won't lose psyches either.

 

What's the purpose of giving us the new badges without the option to fuse them? They're kind of worthless to a large majority of players in that case then.
