[my character is stuck on water cant windstride]

any body can help me my character is stuck i already exit the game and change character but its still stuck cant windstride 

any gm can unstuck me please

i am a returnee havent played for almost 2 years.

my question is how can i select certain skills im playing lvl 57assassin by the way 

i can choice from serpent or shadow build but i cant select skills all skills are the same for both build

can someone help me please
